This ethics course is
designed to provide a
rational framework and
methodology for mortgage
brokers and loan
originators to use in
approaching the
resolution of ethical
problems in the mortgage
industry. Attendees will
identify important moral
values in the practice
of mortgage lending,
develop an awareness of
how others reflect about
ethical problems,
understand traditional
ethical theory and how
to apply it in the
context of mortgage
lending, and improve
their ability to speak
with others about moral
dilemmas and problems.
