Attendance
Please confirm the start and
end time of your class with your
First American Sales
Representative. If you
arrive late or leave early, you
may not receive your clock
hours. Read
our school policies and
procedures for details.

Your name
The location where you took the
class
The date of the class
Where/How we should send your
reissued certificate
Before we can reissue your
certificate, we need to confirm
your attendance at the
class. Our records are
filed by date.

Class
Description
|

|
In this 3 hour class, students will
learn about the effect that current
Washington Laws have on different
property sales scenarios. Short Sale
“Flips”, new construction,
encroachments and deceased
parties in title are covered.
Also
covered are changes in the
Washington State Foreclosure Law,
landlocked properties and legal
issues regarding the Seller’s
Disclosure.
