Attendance
Please confirm the start and
end time of your class with your
First American Sales
Representative. If you
arrive late or leave early, you
may not receive your clock
hours. Read
our school policies and
procedures for details.

your certificate:
Your name
The location where you took the
class
The date of the class
Where/How we should send your
reissued certificate
Before we can reissue your
certificate, we need to confirm
your attendance at the
class. Our records are
filed by date.

Class
Description
|
|
This 3 hour course is
designed to help real estate
agents understand the escrow
officers' duties, the escrow
instructions, services
performed by the escrow
officers, and look at the
three roadmaps used by
Escrow Officers to close
transactions. We will discuss the HUD-1 Settlement Statement, discover common escrow issues that could delay closing and discuss ways the agent can facilitate a smoother closing.
