First American's EAGLE Policy IS the
"homeowner's" policy of title insurance as addressed in NWMLS Addendum 22d. This course is intended to help real estate agents understand the
additional
title insurance coverage offered for the consumer with the EAGLE
Policy. Using case studies involving
actual title claims, we'll compare and contrast the EAGLE Policy coverage
from the standard ALTA owner's coverage, learn about post-policy coverage
for fraud, clouds on title, adverse possession, building and zoning violations,
CC&R violations and encroachments.

First American issues the EAGLE policy as the default policy
for residential 1 to 4 family homes in King, Snohomish, Pierce, Kitsap, Thurston
and Mason counties.
